Hello,
a user who has a DeskJet 450 reported, that "hp-setup" preselects
the wrong PPD for his printer (as fas as I remember it was a PPD
for whatever 9xx model) which results a totally broken printout
(probably a PPD for a wrong printer device class).
At least since HPLIP 2.7.7 (the user has this version installed)
there is an exact matching PPD: HP-DeskJet_450-hpijs.ppd:
"HP DeskJet 450 Foomatic/hpijs (recommended)"
which prints well.
Kind Regards
Johannes Meixner
